Hotel a New England

“I booked using expedia a room deluxe which it is described with bathroom but when I arrived I had a shared bathroom. I tried to contact using the expedia app which was the only way to communicate with them and they replied they did not see I booked the deluxe room and that was a problem of Expedia and so to solve the problem with them. Once back home I tried to solve the problem with the Expedia support but they are not able to solve the problem even if my receipt shows exactly that I have...

“We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. The hotel staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean. The resort is located right by the ocean. Our room has a spacious balcony — perfect for enjoying the view. The surrounding area is absolutely charming. We had a beautiful time and know I’ll miss it. We traveled with a service dog, and at no point — neither during the phone booking nor on-site — did I feel that our dog was unwelcome....

“No frills stay with a kitchen and dishwasher (make sure your room has one— some do not!!!). Location is across the street from Jiminy Peak, so skiing can be accomplished almost as easy as staying on their property. This is our fourth time staying and it always serves its purpose. ”
